Breakfast was better than expected, with both hot and cold options buffet style. Shower did actually get hot, rather than tepid like some other hotels. Was super easy to get to via car, but did prebook parking at the nearby q-park (again, super close and highly recommended). Once we arrived we didn't need to drive to see anything in the city center as the hotel is so close to everything. The room itself was a great size and super comfortable with great lighting . Also the surprise gift at check in was much appreciated (Chocolate)- won't spoil it for you! We've been converted and will definitely stay at OYO hotels where possible from now on!

The staff were friendly and so helpful fantastic rooms. Very friendly and super relaxed environment, with the addition of a brilliant location. Rooms are refreshed daily unless you request otherwise. As an added bonus they will store your bags after check out so you can have some extra time in Sheffield, I believe they will do the same before check in too.

· Clean, spacious room, only a 10 minute walk to the Crucible Theatre (reason for my stay) and easily accessible to the centre of Sheffield. The area around the hotel is well lit. Staff were friendly and helpful and though the car park at the hotel was full, I was able to park at the NCP which is right next door and receive a 20% off voucher. The included breakfast is excellent.

For the location and value for money, it was amazing. Staff were very friendly. Rooms were a good size, and the beds were comfortable. Cannot fault for the money. We parked in the NCP around the back of the building. If you ask reception, they can give you a card for 20% off. I think 2 nights (Friday and Saturday) ended up costing us £7.

I stayed at the Business Class suites and I was surprised by just how immaculately clean the room was… the bed was super comfy.. bathroom was very clean with fresh towels provided…I loved that the lighting in the room which was amazing as I was studying for a professional exam the following day.. I was also surprised by the heating in the room which came in very handy as the weather was getting cold. The staff at the desk were also super amazing and assisted me in taking care of my luggage after I checked out the morning of my exams.

Staff were friendly, welcoming and went out of their way to provide a great service. Brilliant location, the room had everything needed and breakfast was excellent. Staff were very helpful and organised a change of room very quickly when we realized we weren’t in the type of room we had booked. Location of the hotel is excellent right in the middle of the city shopping area. Breakfast is also superb with great variety of choices.

Very spacious room (top floor so good view), very comfortable bed, TV easy to use, bath/shower good hot water. Breakfast was fine which kept us going all day. All staff we met were friendly. Considering location (easy ten minute walk to city centre and transport hub) hotel was very good value for money.

Nice and clean rooms. Friendly staff welcome us during early check in to this hotel. We had very traditional English Breakfast while we woke up to leave around 7 am in the morning. Its in the city centre of Sheffield with £5 car parking. Definitely we will stay again.

The staff went the extra mile to make you feel welcome. One young lady by the name of Fatma went above and beyond the call of duty to make you feel welcome and nothing was too much trouble. All your staff are excellent but Fatma was perfect. Clean tidy and central location About 10-15 minute walk from the train station . close to local bars, shops and restaurants, good location. Travelled with my son who is a wheelchair user and access was perfect for him as was getting around the hotel.

The staff were friendly and welcoming, particularly on the day I checked out with help and advice in regard to parking. The room was more spacious than I was expecting as well as being comfortable for my stay and the breakfast was very nice too.
